Your support for the Tui Lue Luang Nua Community will be part of the community development project that will help preserve the culture, ancient traditions, dialect, local food and lifestyle of the Tui Lue people. This way the community will keep on thriving and the younger generations will be inspired to remain in the community.

• At 8:30 AM our guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby in Chiang Mai. We will then take a comfortable and private van to reach “Tai Lue Luang Nua Community'' (driving time approximately 30 minutes).
• Upon arrival, the Tui Lue people will welcome you warmly by singing a traditional song. We will begin our tour by visiting a Tui Lue house where you will see the lifestyle of the Tui Lue people. Here, you will explore each room of the house, starting from the terrace and then moving to the bedroom, kitchen and restroom. Moreover, you will also learn the process of how to weave through local wisdom and knowledge.
• Admire the beauty of Tai Lue art, take a local vehicle to travel around the community and listen to the history of “Wat Sri Mung Mueang”, one of the oldest temples of Tai Lue village.
• Next, a local driver will take you to “Ban Tung Na Pha Kwang Farm”. Here, you will learn the process behind the local organic duck eggs farm. You will then pick your favorite ones to do a cooking workshop with organic duck eggs.
• Local lunch served at the village.
• After lunch, the tour will proceed by visiting “Ban Pha Phan House” where you will be assisted by the locals to try and make “Khao Khaep” a tasty local snack made from rice and salt. We can’t wait for you to try it! Here you will also experience a DIY “Cloth Bag Painting Activity” with the help of the Tui Lue people.
• Return trip to your hotel in Chiang Mai City by private van around 16:00 PM.
